H-1B Cap Reached

As of yesterday, January 27, 2011, USCIS announced that the cap has been reached for H-1B visas in the fiscal year 2011.

Remember: not all H-1B visas are subject to a cap, so check with your attorney or the USCIS website to see whether the cap being reached will restrict your hiring needs. Additionally, April 1st is right around the corner for the 2012 H-1B season. Get your paperwork rolling in order to staff the 2012 fiscal year.
