The Whole Truth, Nothing But The Truth

Tell your attorney the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. That DUI you’re ashamed of? Tell me. The previous marriage you want to forget? Definitely need to know about that. What about the time you overstayed your visa, but only for a day? I need to know everything.

Things that you find embarrassing or not altogether important can become significant when it comes to immigration forms. Lying, even forgetting, can cost you and your attorney time and money.

Don't let something in your past be the death of your integrity and the end of a productive attorney-client relationship.
